OBAYATY has opened its first pop-up store. The juxtaposition of elements that has become a trademark of the brand runs through the stripped-back interior and industrial design. Crowned by a unique vanity table symbolizing the merge between masculinity and femininity by artist Simon Skinner, crafted from curly birch with custom-cast metal detailing. Accompanied by a large screen featuring a short film capturing two motocross drivers in a poetic ballet by director Teitur Ardal. "OBAYATY thrives at the intersection of beauty, luxury, and well-being," says founder Pontus Frankenstein. "When we got the opportunity to introduce our brand in Stockholm, it perfectly aligned with our ambition to start a dialogue about male beauty with a conscious audience."
