We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our usual delivery time is 3-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that standard delivery times may vary due to external factors and that if your city is located in a remote area, it may take additional days to receive your order.

OBAYATY currently offers shipping to the UK, US and several locations in Europe. If your country is not listed in the country list, we currently do not offer shipping there. 

If you wish to return an order, please refer to the Returns section on this website.

For delivery to countries outside of the EU, UK and United States you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. These charges are not collected by OBAYATY but by your local customs authority. As such we are unfortunately unable to provide you with an estimate of such costs prior to delivery. We recommend reaching out to your local customs authority if you have questions regarding this.

Once the order has been placed, you cannot make any changes such as changing delivery address, payment method or substituting products. If you wish to cancel your order you will have to first send it back to us using the Returns portal. 

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation that contains a tracking number and link that allows you to track your order via the carrier’s website.
