Right of withdrawal and return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you as a consumer have a right of withdrawal, according to the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (SFS 2005:59), within fourteen (14) days after you received the product. When you purchase products from us, we offer you as a consumer a right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving the product and obtain a refund. The refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us and amounts will be refunded to your original method of payment. On the Swedish Consumer Agency's website (www.konsumentverket.se), there is a withdrawal form you can use to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please note that in order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal and for a product to be eligible for a refund, it must be received by us in unused condition, in its original packaging and with the seal unbroken. If your products arrived visibly damaged, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving it.

If you have purchased your product through a partner retail location, such as a department store, any request for a refund should be made in accordance with the return policy of the relevant retailer and the products should be returned to said retailer. Similarly, a product purchased from the OBAYATY website cannot be returned to a partnered retail location.

Please note that depending on your location, you may be subject to shipping charges when returning the product to us.
